Help Us Reach the Performance Measures
Help Us Reach the Performance Measures
As a participating education and training provider of the NJ Manufacturing Skills
Initiative, you will prepare students, adult learners, job seekers, and incumbent workers
for the state’s manufacturing workforce and ensure the state’s national competitive
advantage in this critical industry.
Join in this initiative and help us reach the performance measures:
01
Provide education and workforce training to 250 participants in experiential
training, apprenticeships, and other credential attainment programs (including
academic credit programs and non-credit workforce training) during the grant period
which ends June 30, 2025. Of the 250 participants, at least 125 will be employed
through the initiative.
02
Create a repository of all manufacturing education and workforce training programs
throughout the state and promote these opportunities to employers for global
competitiveness of businesses and economic mobility of residents.
03
Build a manufacturing skills ecosystem of industry and education partners working
together in a collaborative way to determine the industry valued skills and
credentials needed to build an innovative manufacturing workforce.
